  We have chosen representatives of different diodes (Germanium, 
  Silicon, LED) and measured current/voltage characteristics. 
  At the end there is an application of silicon diode used as 
  temperature sensor.

  Vybrali jsme zástupce od nejběžnějších diod a změřili jsme, jaké 
  je na diodách napětí v propustném směru při různých proudech. 
  Použili jsme diody germaniové, křemíkové a LED. Na závěr je uvedeno 
  měření na diodě v závislosti na teplotě. Dioda jako teploměr.
