\begin{abstract}
This thesis is aimed on investigation of use a diode pumped solid state frequency doubled laser module (with 532nm output wavelenght) as LASER transmitter for miniature laser range finder. This module is widely used in green laser pointers. For that reason it is easily available in oposition to semiconductor laser diodes for this wavelenghts.
