\section{Úvod} |

\item Sledujte čerpání uzavřeného objemu rotační olejovou vývěvou (ROV) s uzavřeným a otevřeným proplachováním, a to od atmosférického tlaku až po přibližný mezní tlak. Ze závislosti $ln (p)=f(t)$ určete čerpací rychlost. |
\item Aparatura je napuštěna vzduchem na atmosférický tlak. Zavřít napouštěcí ventil. |
\item Určete čerpací rychlost z měření proudu plynu (mikrobyretou) při konstantním tlaku. Proveďte pro 3 hodnot tlaku od 5 do $20Pa$. |
\item Zapnout a nechat ustálit vakuometr. |
\item Určete, jak ovlivňuje efektivní čerpací rychlost hadice mezi ROV a recipientem. |
\item Zapnout hlavní vypínač vakuového stojanu. Sledovat vývoj na display. Nastavit display na skutečné otáčky. Sledovat časový průběh tlaku v recipientu a zaznamenávat p=p(t). |
\item Ocejchujte termočlánkový vakuometr v rozsahu 6 až 30 dílků sklápěcím kompresním vakuometrem McLeod. (cca 10 bodů) |

\item V režimu "TREND". Vypnout napájení čerpací sestavy na dobu než tlak vystoupí na cca $10^{-3}$ Pa. Při cca $10^{-3}$ Pa opět napájení zapnout (! Aby se nespálila katoda iontového zdroje). Zaznamenat vzrůst parciálních tlaků s klesajícími otáčkami. |

\section{Postup měření} |

Na začátku měření byla celá aparatura napuštěna vzduchem na atmosférický tlak. Zavřeli jsme proto napouštěcí ventil a aktivovali automatiku pro čerpání. |
Průběh tlaku při čerpání membránovou a následně i turbo-molekulární vývěvou je vidět v grafu. |

Po dosažení odpovídajícího tlaku jsme zapnuli kvadrupólový hmotnostní spektrometr a změřili hmotnostní spektrum zbytkové atmosféry. Spektrum je opět uvedeno v grafu. |
\subsection{Sledujte čerpání uzavřeného objemu ROV} |
Objem skleněné baňky (asi 11,8 l) jsme čerpali rotační olejovou vývěvou přes hadici. Zároveň jsme měřili tlak a hodnoty zapisovali do tabulky. |

Výsledná závislost po vynesení do grafu vykazuje typické znaky použití proplachování u rotační vývěvy. Tedy nižší mezní tlak a nižší efektivní čerpací rychlost. |
Po změření hmotnostního spektra jsme se zaměřili na rychlost čerpání jednotlivých plynů a ovládací software při čtení dat z hmotnostního spektrometru přenastavili tak, aby zaznamenával vývoj parciálních tlaků několika hlavních typů plynů v aparatuře. Časový vývoj tohoto záznamu je uveden v grafu. |
Je vidět, že různé plyny mají odlišné parciální tlaky, což je způsobené jednat jejich nestejným zastoupením v atmosféře na začátku čerpání a potom i rozdílnou čerpací rychlostí pro různé relativní hmotnosti plynů. |

Při dosažení již prakticky konstantní hodnoty tlaků jsme zkusili demonstrovat snadný průnik lehkého plynu zpět skrz lopatky turbo-molekulární vývěvy. Za tímto účelem jsme mírně pootevřeli napouštěcí ventil, který do TMV ústí zhruba ve dvou třetinách lopatkového kola a vstup ventilu ofoukli Heliem z balonku. Následně byl zřejmý silný nárůst parciálního tlaku helia, jak je vidět v grafu. |

\subsection{Efektivní čerpací rychlost} |

Dalším krokem bylo zahřátí aparatury a opět záznam desorpce a změny parciálních tlaků v recipientu. V grafu je dobře vidět nárůst prakticky všech parciálních tlaků plynů, avšak u vodíku nejmenší, díky jeho obecně nízké vazbě na povrch aparatury. |
Výpočtem jsme zjistili vodivost gumové hadice (průměru 19,51mm a délky 730mm) |

\subsection{Termočlánkový vakuometr} |
Kalibraci termočlánkového vakuometru jsme prováděli po jeho přeroubovaní na přírubu rozbočovače u skleněné baňky následně postupně měnili tlak. A hodnoty z obou vakuometrů McLeod i termočlánkový vakuometr zapisovali do tabulky. |
Prakticky posledním měřením bylo zjištění vlivu otáček TMV na tlak v aparatuře. K tomu jsme v řídícím softwaru snížili otáčky z původních 1500Hz na 600Hz, díky setrvačnosti rotoru se tato změna na vývěvě aplikovala velmi pozvolna bylo tak možné sledovat, jak se mění průběh tlaku v aparatuře. Opět jsou naměřené hodnoty vyneseny do grafu pro jednotlivé hlavní plyny. |
Výsledkem je graf, který by se dal považovat za kalibrační křivku termočlánkového vakuometru. Pro ilustraci je zde uvedena i ideální lineární odezva vakuometru. |

Úloha ukázala výhody turbo-molekulární vývěvy vůči ostatním typům vývěv, což je zvláště její rychlost náběhu a i čerpací rychlost vzhledem k příkonu. Ale zároveň i její nepříjemnou vlastnost a to její omezenou schopnost čerpání lehkých plynů, jako je například helium. |
