Rozlišujeme dva typy vzniku rentgenového záření brzdné a charakteristické. Princip brzdného je založen na rychle letících elektronech, které při interakci s elektrickými poli atomů terče vyzařují svou energii ve formě elektromagnetického záření. Toto záření je spojité, protože zpomalující elektron může vyzářit jakoukoliv hodnotu energie avšak maximálně $eU$, kde $U$ je urychlovací napětí, jeho spektrum je spojité a široké. Na rozdíl charakteristické záření je vytvářeno, díky rychle letícím elektronům, které vyrážení z anody elektrony v nižších hladinách. U~těch pak dochází k přechodu elektronů z vyšších slupek na ty nižší - prázdné a vyzařují tedy diskrétní spektrum záření.

\section{Diskuse}

\item V přípravě jsme vytvořili, grafy závislosti energie a vlnové délky rozptýleného záření v závislosti na úhlu od roviny mřížky krystalu. Grafy jsou přiloženy jako součást teoretického rozboru.
 
\item Manuálním měřením jsme proměřili spektrum Cu anody při 35keV.
 
\item Automatickým měřením řízeným z PC jsme proměřili rentgenová spektra Měděné a Molybdenové anody pro 15 kV, 19 kV, 22 kV a 30 kV.
 
\item Nalezením úhlu pro maximální energii záření a fitováním naměřených hodnot, jsme určili přibližnou hodnotu Planckovi konstanty, jako $h=(6,3\pm0.4)10^{-34}Js$.

\section{Závěr}
Pomocí aparatury jsme změřili charakteristické spektrum rentgenového záření molybdenové a měděné anody. Z naměřených hodnot jsme určili maxima a pomocí fitu zjistili hodnotu Planckovy konstanty $h=(6,2\pm0.4)10^{-34}Js$, tabulková hodnota je $h=(6.626)10^{-34}Js$. Což tedy je poměrně dobrá shoda.

naměřených hodnot jsme určili maxima a pomocí fitu zjistili hodnotu Planckovy konstanty $h=(6,3\pm0.4)10^{-34}Js$, tabulková hodnota je $h=(6.626)10^{-34}Js$.
