    Vybrali jsme zástupce od nejbìžnìjších diod a zmìøili jsme, jaké je
    na diodách napìtí v propustném smìru pøi rùzných proudech. Použili jsme
    diody germaniové, køemíkové a LED.

    Na závìr je uvedeno mìøení na diodì v závislosti na teplotì. Dioda jako
    teplomìr.
